As we mentioned earlier in the month, his family have asked us to pass on these following details. It is with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our much-loved regulars, Jim Landells. Jim was a familiar face at The Millstone and will be greatly missed by our team and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time. Jim’s family would like to invite anyone who knew him to join them in celebrating his life: 🗓 Saturday 8th August 🕐 From 1:00pm 📍 Empire Club, Salters Road, Gosforth, NE3 1DX (Downstairs Lounge) There will be an opportunity to share stories, memories, enjoy a drink, and raise a dram in Jim’s honour. There is no dress code, but Jim loved his colourful waistcoats, so if you have one, feel free to wear it in his memory. If you knew Jim, the family would love to see you there.
